Join us at Thrive Yoga Crested Butte for a deeply nourishing and empowering Yoni Egg Yoga Workshop designed for women who are ready to explore sacred sexuality, energetic healing, and pelvic floor wellness. Rooted in ancient Taoist and Tantric traditions, this workshop invites you to reconnect with your body through the sacred feminine practice of Yoni Egg Yoga.

The yoni egg—a smooth, egg-shaped crystal traditionally used to strengthen the pelvic floor and awaken sexual energy—serves as the centerpiece of this transformative experience. Whether you are completely new to the practice or have worked with a yoni egg before, this workshop will guide you gently and safely into deeper awareness of your sensual and energetic body.

Through a blend of gentle yoga, mindful breathwork, guided ritual, and embodied movement, you’ll awaken the energy of your womb—your center of creativity, intuition, and inner power. The practice fosters pelvic floor strength, emotional release, increased circulation, and enhanced sensitivity. It’s an invitation to return to yourself, honor your sacred anatomy, and cultivate self-love and presence.

What You’ll Experience

  • Sacred Feminine Flow: Move through a yoga sequence tailored to open the hips, ground your energy, and support the connection to your womb space. These gentle, sensual movements are designed to awaken the body and invite softness and strength into the pelvic floor.
  • Breathwork and Meditation: Learn breath techniques that activate your root and sacral chakras, calm the nervous system, and build energetic awareness throughout your body.
  • Yoni Egg Education and Integration: Receive guidance on how to use the yoni egg safely and respectfully within your body. You’ll be supported in understanding the energetic and physical benefits of this ancient practice and how to integrate it into your regular self-care or yoga routine.
  • Ritual and Reflection: Engage in guided ritual that honors feminine wisdom and creates space for intention-setting, emotional release, and self-healing. This ceremonial aspect creates a sacred container for your personal journey.

Who This Workshop is For

This workshop is open to all women—no prior yoga or yoni egg experience is necessary. It is especially supportive for those looking to:

  • Strengthen and tone the pelvic floor muscles
  • Reconnect with feminine energy and sensuality
  • Release emotional blockages stored in the body
  • Improve sexual vitality and intimacy
  • Cultivate self-love, empowerment, and body confidence

What to Bring

Please come dressed in comfortable clothing for gentle movement. You are invited to bring a shawl or skirt to wrap around your hips for added privacy during yoni egg insertion, as well as your own yoni egg and a body-friendly oil (both optional).

Yoni eggs and oil will be available for use or purchase at the studio if you do not have your own.

Privacy and Sacred Space

All yoni egg insertion is done privately and discreetly. There is no nudity or exposure during this workshop. This is a deeply personal practice offered within a safe, respectful, and sacred environment.
